Omschrijving
Als onderdeel van het woningbouwcomplex Rosehaghe gebouwd WONINGBLOK bestaande uit tweeëndertig woningen over de gehele oostzijde van de Anslijnstraat. Het symmetrische blok staat op langwerpig grondplan dat door regelmatige afwisseling van vooruitspringende en terugliggende onderdelen aan voorzijde (straatzijde) en achterzijde slingerend van karakter is. Het blok bevat aan de straatzijde vijf vooruitspringende partijen met risalieten waarvan de gootlijst ononderbroken is. Deze partijen zijn achtereenvolgens geplaatst op beide hoeken, in het centrum en tussen het centrum en de hoeken. De centrale partij is dubbel van samenstelling en bevat vier woningen. De overige vooruitspringende partijen bevatten elk twee woningen. De terugliggende partijen bevatten in totaal zes risalieten met doorbroken gootlijst en verdiepingloze uitbouw die aan weerszijden van de dubbele centrale middenpartij eveneens paarsgewijs zijn geplaatst.
Voor het overige heeft dit zich door de grootste lengte van de andere blokken onderscheidende woningblok dezelfde kenmerken als genoemd in de algemene complexbeschrijving.

Description
As part of the housing development complex Rosehaghe, built HOUSING BLOCK consisting of thirty-two dwellings across the entire east side of the Anslijnstraat. The symmetrical block stands on an elongated ground plan which through regular alternation of projecting and recessed components on the front (street side) and rear side is meandering in character. The block contains on the street side five projecting parties with risalits whose gutter line is uninterrupted. These parties are successively placed on both corners, in the centre and between the centre and the corners. The central party is double in composition and contains four dwellings. The remaining projecting parties each contain two dwellings. The recessed parties contain in total six risalits with broken gutter line and single-storey extension which on either side of the double central middle party are likewise placed in pairs.
