Omschrijving onderdeel 6: BOERDERIJ (op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nummer 6).
BOERDERIJ uit 1814, gelegen ten zuiden van het huis Zwaluwenburg, thans geheel in gebruik als woonhuis. De T-boerderij is in rode bakstenen opgebouwd en is ondermeer voorzien van 6-ruits schuifvensters met luiken, een entree in de voorgevel en een dakkapel op het dakschild. In de zijgevels van het achterhuis kleine stalraampjes. Achter de staldeurtjes zijn glaspuien geplaatst. Het dwars voor het achterhuis geplaatste voorhuis wordt door een met Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak met wolfeinden overkapt, het lagere achterhuis wordt overkapt door een met Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfsdak. Op de nok van het voorhuis staan twee schoorstenen.
INTERIEUR: Het interieur kent door interne aanpassingen niet meer de oorspronkelijke indeling in woonhuis en schuurgedeelte, maar is geheel als woonhuis in gebruik.
De schuurtjes rondom de boerderij zijn wegens te geringe monumentale waarden niet beschermenswaardig.

Description of component 6: FARMHOUSE (indicated on the accompanying map with number 6).
FARMHOUSE from 1814, located south of the house Zwaluwenburg, now wholly in use as a residential house. The T-shaped farmhouse is built in red brick and is furnished amongst other things with 6-pane sash windows with shutters, an entrance in the front facade and a roof dormer on the roof slope. In the side facades of the rear house small stable windows. Behind the stable doors glass doors have been placed. The front house placed transversely in front of the rear house is covered by a hipped roof tiled with Dutch tiles with half-hipped ends, the lower rear house is covered by a half-hipped roof tiled with Dutch tiles. On the ridge of the front house stand two chimneys.
INTERIOR: The interior no longer has the original division into residential house and barn section due to internal modifications, but is wholly in use as a residential house.
The small sheds around the farmhouse are not worthy of protection owing to insufficient architectural values.
