Omschrijving onderdeel 5: BOERDERIJ 'ZWALUWENBURG' MET BAKHUISJE (op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 5).
De BOERDERIJ 'ZWALUWENBURG' is gelegen in het oostelijke deel van de aanleg van de historische buitenplaats Zwaluwenburg. De boerderij (daterend uit 1794 volgens de muurankers in de achtergevel) staat op L-vormige grondslag en wordt door een met riet gedekt schilddak met wolfseinden overkapt. Tegen de noordoostelijke-zijgevel een uitbouw onder een met riet gedekt schilddak. De achter- en zijgevels zijn op karakteristieke wijze ingedeeld met enkele entrees, (hooggeplaatste) mest- en staldeurtjes, stalraampjes en baanderdeuren. In de voorgevel en voorgevel van de aanbouw twee entrees en meerruits (schuif)vensters voorzien van luiken. Onder het wolfseind twee kleine ronde vensters.
INTERIEUR: In het interieur de boerderij is de oorspronkelijke indeling in woon- en schuurgedeelte nog aanwezig. In het schuurgedeelte bevindt zich ondermeer de originele gebintconstructie. In het woongedeelte bevinden zich ondermeer bedsteden en opkamer boven een kelder met tongewelf. De uitbouw is voorzien van een modern interieur uit circa 1985, dat voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is.
Het 19de-eeuwse BAKHUISJE op rechthoekige grondslag is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en wordt overkapt door een zadeldak gedekt met Hollandse pannen. In de naar de boerderij gerichte voorgevel is de entree aanwezig, in beide zijgevels bevindt zich een getoogd venster. In het bakhuisje een rookvang aan de achtergevel.

The FARMHOUSE 'ZWALUWENBURG' is located in the eastern part of the layout of the historical country estate Zwaluwenburg. The farmhouse (dating from 1794 according to the ornamental wall anchors in the rear facade) stands on an L-shaped foundation and is covered by a thatch-covered hipped roof with half-hipped ends. Against the north-eastern side facade an outbuilding under a thatch-covered hipped roof. The rear and side facades are arranged in a characteristic manner with several entrances, (high-placed) dung and stable doors, stable windows and barn doors. In the front facade and front facade of the outbuilding two entrances and multi-pane (sash) windows furnished with shutters. Below the half-hipped end two small round windows.
