Omschrijving bij onderdeel 75:
BOERDERIJ 'DELTA' MET SCHUREN behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel.
Rood bakstenen 19de-eeuwse hallenboerderij staande op een zandstenen plint onder een met rode Oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfseinden. In het dakschild een gemetselde schoorsteen. De voorgevel is gemoderniseerd. De gevels zijn ingedeels met meerruitsvensters voorzien van luiken en stalvensters (zijgevels). In de achtergevel een achterbaander met stiepel onder een rondboog geflankeerd door een staldeur onder een segmentboog. Aan weerszijden van de niendeur een meerruits rondboog stalvenster. Op het erf staan twee houten schuren. Naast de boerderij staande op een bakstenen plint een schuur deels van hout en deels van baksteen. Het met rode Oud Hollandse pannen gedekte zadeldak heeft uitstekende wolfseinden rustend op houten korbelen. Schuin voor de boerderij een half open houten schuur op rechthoekige grondslag.

FARM 'DELTA' WITH BARNS belonging to the country house Twickel.
Red brick 19th-century hall farm standing on a sandstone plinth under a gabled roof with red Old Dutch tiles and half-hipped ends. In the roof slope a brickwork chimney. The front elevation has been modernized. The elevations are arranged with multi-pane windows provided with shutters and stable windows (side elevations). In the rear elevation a rear wall with stone steps under a round arch flanked by a stable door under a segmental arch. On either side of the entrance door a multi-pane round arch stable window. On the farmyard two wooden barns stand. A barn standing next to the farm on a brick plinth, partly of wood and partly of brick. The gabled roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles has projecting half-hipped ends resting on wooden corbels. A half-open wooden barn on rectangular base diagonally in front of the farm.
