In aanleg eind-18e-eeuws maar in zijn huidige gedaante vermoedelijk grotendeels eind-19e-/begin-20e eeuws aan de Oelerbeek gelegen PEL- EN HOUTZAAGMOLENCOMPLEX, bestaande uit een aanvankelijk door windkracht, maar tegenwoordig door elektro-motoren aangedreven houtzaagmolen en een ten tijde van de elektrificatie aan het begin van de 20e eeuw gebouwd trafoloodsje.
De zaagmolen bestaat uit een twee lagen tellend, gedeeltelijk op een bakstenen onderbouw rustend, uit hout opgetrokken middengedeelte op rechthoekige plattegrond, dat wordt gedekt door een met pannen belegd zadeldak en wordt geflankeerd door twee lagere op bakstenen poeren rustende, eveneens uit hout opgetrokken vleugels, verdiepingloos, op rechthoekige plattegrond en onder met rode pannen belegde zadeldaken. Houten windveren; makelaars en, voor wat betreft het middengedeelte, goten op geprofileerde klossen. Hoge dubbele deuren beganegronds en ramen van verschillende afmetingen en roede-indeling op beganegrond en verdiepingen.
Inwendig interessante houtconstructies op de twee zolders, alwaar ook de gietijzeren restanten van oudere machinerieen en, beganegronds, een mogelijk eind-19e-eeuwse/begin-20e-eeuwse verticale houtzaagmachine met verticaal raam en houten slede.
Terzijde een vermoedelijk aan het begin van de 20e eeuw gebouwd uit rode baksteen opgetrokken trafoloodsje, verdiepingloos, op rechthoekige plattegrond en onder met een blauwe pannen belegd zadeldak. Schoorsteen: staafankers en enig siermetselwerk in de geveltop; deur, getoogde en ronde vensters met gietijzeren tracering.
In aanleg 18e-eeuws, maar in zijn huidige vorm vermoedelijk grotendeels eind-18e/begin-20e-eeuws houtzaagmolencomplex, bestaande uit zaagmolen met interessante houtconstructies en verticale zaagmachine en vermoedelijk begin-20e-eeuws trafoloodsje.

Description
Pel and wood sawmill complex situated on the Oelerbeek, begun in the late 18th century but in its present form presumably largely late 19th/early 20th century, consisting of a wood sawmill originally powered by wind but nowadays driven by electric motors, and a small transformer house built at the time of electrification at the beginning of the 20th century.
The sawmill consists of a two-storey central section, partly resting on a brick base, constructed of wood on a rectangular plan, covered by a gabled roof laid with tiles and flanked by two lower wings resting on brick piers, likewise constructed of wood, single-storey, on a rectangular plan and covered by gabled roofs laid with red tiles. Wooden wind braces; braces and, as far as the central section is concerned, gutters on profiled blocks. High double doors on the ground floor and windows of various sizes and glazing bar patterns on the ground floor and upper storeys.
Internally interesting timber roof truss structures on the two upper storeys, where also the cast-iron remains of older machinery and, on the ground floor, a possibly late 19th century/early 20th century vertical wood sawmill with vertical frame and wooden slide.
To the side a transformer house, presumably built at the beginning of the 20th century, constructed of red brick, single-storey, on a rectangular plan and covered by a gabled roof laid with blue tiles. Chimney: wall anchors and some ornamental brickwork in the gable top; door, arched and round windows with cast-iron tracery.
