Omschrijving
Langgerekte DIENSTWONING van één bouwlaag onder een met muldenpannen gedekt mansardedak met windveren. Tegen de oostkant van het pand is een garage met lessenaarsdak gebouwd. Gevels in rode en bruine baksteen opgetrokken boven een plint van Bentheimer zandsteen. De voorgevel (Z) telt zes vensterassen waarvan de tweede en derde van links zijn opgetrokken over twee bouwlagen onder een geknikt zadeldakje. De voordeur onder een tweeruits bovenlicht wordt geflankeerd door zesruits vensters onder strekken met Twickelluiken. De zesruits vensters op de verdieping zijn niet voorzien van luiken. In de westelijke zijgevel bevinden zich een tweede deur en verschillende vensters onder strekken.
Het rechter deel van de achtergevel met deur en samengesteld kozijn met luiken risaleert. Links daarvan wordt het gevelvlak geleed door twee vensters.
Waardering
De dienstwoning is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege:

Description
Elongated SERVICE DWELLING of one storey under a mansard roof covered with Mulden tiles with wind vanes. Against the east side of the building a garage with sloping roof has been built. Facades constructed in red and brown brick above a plinth of Bentheimer sandstone. The front facade (S) has six window axes of which the second and third from the left are constructed over two storeys under a bent gabled rooflet. The front door under a two-pane fanlight is flanked by six-pane windows under lintels with Twickel shutters. The six-pane windows on the first floor are not provided with shutters. In the western side facade are located a second door and various windows under lintels.
The right part of the rear facade with door and composite frame with shutters projects forward. To the left of this the wall surface is articulated by two windows.

The service dwelling is of cultural-historical, architectural and townscape importance because of:
