Omschrijving bij onderdeel 73:
BOERDERIJ 'ERVE DE HAAR' behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel.
Waarschijnlijk gebouwd rond 1860 als ontginningsboerderij. Wit gepleisterde boerderij op rechthoekige grondslag staande op een donkergrijs geschilderde plint onder een met rode pannen gedekt schilddak waarvan het bovenste gedeelte met riet is bekleed. Aan de kopzijden wolfseinden met overstek eveneens met riet gedekt. Twee gemetselde vierkante schoorstenen in het dakschild. De regelmatig ingedeelde voorgevel heeft vier meerruits schuifvensters met luiken in Twickelkleuren. In de zijgevels meerruits- en stalvensters. De achterbaander wordt geflankeerd door een staldeur. De originele deuren zijn vervangen door glazen deuren. Aan weerszijden van de niendeur een stalvenster.

FARM 'ERVE DE HAAR' belonging to the country house Twickel.
Probably built around 1860 as a reclamation farm. White rendered farm on rectangular base standing on a dark grey painted plinth under a hipped roof with red tiles, the upper part of which is clad with thatch. Half-hipped ends at the gable ends with overhang also clad with thatch. Two brickwork square chimneys in the roof slope. The regularly arranged front facade has four multi-pane sash windows with shutters in Twickel colours. Multi-pane windows and stable windows in the side elevations. The rear wall is flanked by a stable door. The original doors have been replaced by glazed doors. On either side of the entrance door a stable window.

FARM 'DE HAAR' of general importance - because of its age; - because of its type, namely a reclamation farm; - because of the historical-functional relationship with the country house Twickel.
