Omschrijving bij onderdeel 74:
BOERDERIJ 'ARKE' MET SCHUUR behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel.
Waarschijnlijk gebouwd rond 1860 als ontginningsboerderij. Op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken witgepleisterde boerderij onder een met rode pannen gedekt wolfdak met kort overstek aan de zijkanten. Op de nok van het dak staat een ronde schoorsteen en in het dakschild een vierkant gemetselde schoorsteen. De gevels zijn ingedeeld met meerruitsvensters, deels met luiken in de Twickelkleuren. In de achtergevel een niendeur waarin een venster is uitgespaard. Achter de boerderij een schuur van wit geschilderde baksteen op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met Oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak en een houten geveltop. In het dakschild een gemetselde schoorsteen.

FARM 'ARKE' WITH BARN belonging to the country house Twickel.
Probably built around 1860 as a reclamation farm. Erected on rectangular base, white rendered farm under a half-hipped roof with red tiles with short overhang on the sides. On the ridge of the roof stands a round chimney and in the roof slope a square brickwork chimney. The elevations are arranged with multi-pane windows, some with shutters in the Twickel colours. In the rear elevation an entrance door with a window spared out. Behind the farm a barn of white painted brick on rectangular base under a gabled roof with Old Dutch tiles and a wooden gable top. In the roof slope a brickwork chimney.
