BOERDERIJ 'BORNSE HOEVE' MET SCHUUR behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel.
Rood bakstenen hallenboerderij uit 1849, staande op een plint van Bentheimer zandsteen en onder een met rode Oud Hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak. Op de nok en in het dakschild een gemetselde schoorsteen. De voorzijde van de verbrede voorgevel heeft een regelmatige indeling bestaande uit een toegangsdeur met twaalfruits bovenlicht. Links daarvan drie zestienruits vensters met twaalfruits bovenlicht en halve luiken in Twickelkleuren. Rechts van de deur een twaalfruits schuifvenster met luiken. In de zolderverdieping een halfrond roosvenster. Stalvensters in de zijgevels. In de achtergevel een niendeur geflankeerd door een staldeur, allen onder segmentbogen. Aan weerszijden van de niendeur rondboog stalvensters. Erachter ligt een schuur deels van hout en deels van baksteen met meerruitsvensters onder een afgewolfd zadeldak met brede overstekken rustend op korbelen. Hier is sinds 1872 een wagenmakerij gevestigd.

FARMHOUSE 'BORNSE HOEVE' WITH BARN belonging to the country estate Twickel.
Red brick hall farmhouse from 1849, standing on a plinth of Bentheimer sandstone and beneath a curved gabled roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles. On the ridge and in the roof slope a brick chimney. The front of the widened front gable has a regular arrangement consisting of an entrance door with twelve-pane fanlight. To its left three sixteen-pane windows with twelve-pane fanlight and half-shutters in Twickel colours. To the right of the door a twelve-pane sash window with shutters. In the upper storey a semi-circular rooflight. Stable windows in the side gables. In the rear gable a cow door flanked by a stable door, all beneath segmental arches. On either side of the cow door round-arch stable windows. Behind it lies a barn partly of wood and partly of brick with multi-pane windows beneath a curved gabled roof with wide overhangs resting on corbels. A wagon-maker's workshop has been established here since 1872.
