Omschrijving
Koetshuis. Het koetshuis is gebouwd in 1908 (jaarankers voorgevel) en is opgetrokken in kalkzandsteen in halfsteensverband. Het is een relatief hoog gebouw van twee verdiepingen, bestaande uit twee rechthoekige bouwdelen die haaks op elkaar zijn geplaatst, onder een hoge kap (rode Oud-Hollandse pannen) met trapgevels. De stijl van het koetshuis komt overeen met de verbouwingen van De Heest in 1908. Ook hier de kalkzandsteen, de meerruits vensters (in de meeste gevallen afgesloten door een strek) en de trapgevels. Links bevindt zich het eigenlijke koetshuis; rechts de paardenstal. Boven links een woning. Interieur: o.a. de grote ruimte achter de korfboogdeur bevat een grote scheidingswand met kraaldelen, houten tuigkasten en een balkenplafond. De eenvoudige kelder bezit een kraalschrotenplafond. De woonvertrekken op de verdieping hebben eveneens eenvoudige balkenplafonds. Diverse deurkozijnen met doorgestoken stijlen en eenvoudige houten paneeldeuren. Coach house. The coach house was built in 1908 (date anchors on front façade) and is constructed in lime-sand brick in half-brick bond. It is a relatively tall building of two storeys, consisting of two rectangular building sections placed at right angles to each other, under a high roof (red Old Dutch tiles) with stepped gables. The style of the coach house corresponds with the alterations of De Heest in 1908. Also here the lime-sand brick, the multi-pane windows (in most cases closed by a lintel) and the stepped gables. On the left is the actual coach house; on the right the horse stable. Above on the left a dwelling. Interior: inter alia the large room behind the basket arch door contains a large partition with beaded elements, wooden harness chests and a timber beam ceiling. The simple cellar has a beaded panel ceiling. The living rooms on the floor also have simple timber beam ceilings. Various door frames with through stiles and simple wooden panel doors.
