Omschrijving onderdeel 3, Bouwhuis
Het in 1760 vanaf het kasteeleiland verplaatste bouwhuis ligt aan de zuidzijde van de oprijlaan binnen de omgrachting. Het is dubbel bewoond. In het midden bevindt zich de voormalige bedrijfsruimte. Uit rode baksteen opgetrokken gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond onder samengesteld dak dat met gesmoorde pannen is belegd. De voor- en beide zijgevels zijn hoger opgetrokken dan de achtergevel. Voorgevel van zeven traveeën breed, met dubbele omlijste deur in de middelste travee. De linker- en rechtertravee met een deur met bovenlicht en twee roedevensters met halve luiken. Fraai geprofileerde strekken boven de vensters en deuren. Linkerzijgevel met deur en venster als voor. De achtergevel heeft een driedeling. Rechts en links een hoger opgetrokken woongedeelte. The building house, relocated from the castle island in 1760, is located on the south side of the driveway within the moat. It is double occupied. In the middle is the former business space. Building of red brick on rectangular plan under a composite roof covered with muffled tiles. The front and both side facades are raised higher than the rear facade. Front facade seven bays wide, with double framed door in the middle bay. The left and right bays with a door with fanlight and two glazed windows with half shutters.
