Omschrijving complexonderdeel 5
Een evenwijdig aan de oprijlaan gelegen vrijstaande TUINMANSWONING van één bouwlaag op kruisvormige plattegrond onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt samengesteld schilddak. De hoofdvorm kenmerkt zich door een in het midden geplaatst hoofdvolume van twee bouwlagen met voorsprong, waarvan de nok haaks op de weg staat, dat door een bouwvolume van één bouwlaag met de nok evenwijdig aan de weg wordt geflankeerd. Alle gevels zijn bepleisterd en wit gesausd. De voorgevel aan de zuidwestzijde heeft in de eerste bouwlaag, over de gehele breedte van het hoofdvolume, een samengesteld roedenvenster met luiken dat is opgebouwd uit een dubbele deur met zijlichten. Direct hierboven is een geprofileerde cordonlijst aangebracht die in de flankerende bouwvolumes onder de bakgoot door loopt. Deze bouwvolumes hebben aan de voorzijde een zesruits stolpraam gekregen. In de tweede bouwlaag van het hoofdvolume is een serliana-venster geplaatst. De achtergevel is wat de hoofdstructuur betreft overeenkomstig de voorgevel. Het hoofdvolume heeft hier echter een kleinere voorsprong. In de tweede bouwlaag is een tweelichtsvenster met rondboogvormig bovenlicht aangebracht. Rechts van het hoofdvolume is een deur geplaatst. De zich aan deze zijde bevindende aanbouw onder zadeldak valt buiten de bescherming.
De rechter zijgevel heeft in de eerste bouwlaag een venster conform de voorgevel en in de verdieping een tweeruits-rondboogvenster. De linker zijgevel is conform de rechter zijgevel.

De tuinmanswoning is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bouwtype en als onderdeel in het oeuvre van J.D. Zocher jr. Tevens van ensemble waarde als onderdeel van de buitenplaats Molenbosch.

Description of complex component 5
A detached GARDENER'S COTTAGE situated parallel to the drive, of one storey on a cross-shaped plan beneath a composite hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles. The principal form is characterized by a main volume of two storeys with projection placed centrally, with the ridge perpendicular to the road, which is flanked by a building volume of one storey with the ridge parallel to the road. All façades are plastered and whitewashed. The front façade on the southwest side has, in the first storey, across the full width of the main volume, a composite glazed window with shutters composed of a double door with side lights. Directly above this is a moulded string course which runs through the flanking building volumes beneath the gutter. These building volumes have been fitted with a six-pane casement window on the front. In the second storey of the main volume a serliana window has been placed. The rear façade corresponds to the front façade as far as the main structure is concerned. The main volume has, however, a smaller projection here. In the second storey a two-light window with semicircular fanlight has been provided. To the right of the main volume a door has been placed. The extension on this side beneath a gabled roof falls outside the protection.
The right side façade has a window in the first storey conforming to the front façade and on the first floor a two-pane semicircular window. The left side façade conforms to the right side façade.
