De hoofdingang van het landschappelijk aangelegde PARK Molenbosch wordt gevormd door een oprijlaan die zich aan de zijde van de Driebergseweg bevindt. De lange oprijlaan, waarlangs voor een deel oude beuken staan, loopt vanaf de zuidwestzijde van het perceel (vlak na de Molenweg) en verwijdert zich langzaam van de Driebergseweg. De laan loopt eerst langs het koetshuis, vervolgens langs de tuinmanswoning en loopt daarna licht omhoog in de richting van het landhuis. Na het landhuis maakt de laan een flauwe S-bocht naar rechts, voert langs de slingervijver (aan de linkerzijde) en buigt geleidelijk weer terug naar de Driebergseweg om tot slot even voor de hoek van de Heidelaan en Driebergseweg te eindigen.
Het terrein tussen de oprijlaan en Driebergseweg is deels begroeid met bomen en struiken. Voor het huis bevindt zich een weide die aan de Driebergseweg afgeschermd is met jonge aanplant. De begroeiing ontneemt vanaf de Driebergseweg voor een groot deel het zicht op het huis. Oorspronkelijk had dit terrein een meer open karakter. De slingervijver bevindt zich aan de zuidoostzijde van het park. De S-vormige vijver begint in de hoek van de Heidelaan en Driebergseweg als een smalle sloot, om daarna in noordelijke richting te verbreden. Voor het landhuis maakt de vijver een bocht naar het noordoosten waar de vijver haar meest brede omvang bereikt. Vervolgens wordt de vijver geleidelijk smaller om na een nieuwe houten brug, die buiten de bescherming valt, op te drogen en te vervagen.
Het terrein rond de slingervijver is geaccidenteerd met aarde die bij het graven van de vijver vrijkwam en is rijkelijk beplant met diverse struik- en bomen. Door dit gedeelte van het park lopen een aantal slingerpaden die voor het grootste deel later zijn aangelegd.
Aan de noordoostzijde van het landhuis bevindt zich een door beuken omzoomde, wigvormige weide, waar ongeveer halverwege een wandelpad doorheen loopt. Vanaf dit pad is het huis zichtbaar, maar drie jonge naaldbomen staan op de zichtas en ontnemen gedeeltelijk het zicht. In noordoostelijke richting wordt het uitzicht bepaald door flatgebouwen die langs de Arnhemse Bovenweg staan. Het hierboven genoemde wandelpad voert in noordwestelijke richting naar een beukenbos en leidt langs het kippenpaleis en langs de achterzijde van de tuinmanswoning en het koetshuis (rechterzijde).
Even verder, aan de linkerzijde van het pad, bevindt zich in een opgeworpen heuvel een groentekelder. Weer ten noorden hiervan is een grote ommuurde, ovaalvormige moestuin aangelegd die tegenwoordig dienst doet als volkstuinencomplex. De uit baksteen opgetrokken muur wordt gekenmerkt door regelmatig geplaatste steunberen die zich aan de buitenzijde van de muur bevinden. De moestuin heeft drie ingangen: de hoofdingang bevindt zich aan de zuidwestzijde, twee kleinere ingangen bevinden zich aan de noordwestzijde en de zuidoostzijde. Vanuit de hoofdingang loopt een breed pad in zuidwestelijk richting naar de oprijlaan.

Het park van de buitenplaats Molenbosch is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een 19de eeuws landschapspark naar ontwerp van J.D. Zocher jr. Alsmede van grote ensemblewaarde door nabij gelegen landschapsparken van de Breul en Hoog Beek en Royen aan de Driebergseweg.

The main entrance to the landscaped PARK Molenbosch is formed by a drive situated on the side of the Driebergseweg. The long drive, along which old beeches stand in places, runs from the southwest side of the plot (shortly after the Molenweg) and gradually moves away from the Driebergseweg. The avenue first runs past the coach house, then past the gardener's cottage and subsequently rises gently in the direction of the manor house. After the manor house the avenue makes a gentle S-curve to the right, passes along the winding pond (on the left side) and gradually curves back towards the Driebergseweg, ending finally just before the corner of the Heidelaan and Driebergseweg.
The terrain between the drive and Driebergseweg is partly planted with trees and shrubs. In front of the house is a meadow which is screened from the Driebergseweg with young planting. The vegetation largely obscures the view of the house from the Driebergseweg. Originally this terrain had a more open character. The winding pond is situated on the southeast side of the park. The S-shaped pond begins at the corner of the Heidelaan and Driebergseweg as a narrow ditch, then widens in a northerly direction. In front of the manor house the pond curves towards the northeast where the pond reaches its widest extent. Subsequently the pond gradually becomes narrower and after a new wooden bridge, which falls outside the protection, dries up and becomes indistinct.
The terrain around the winding pond is undulating with earth that came from the excavation of the pond and is richly planted with various shrubs and trees. Through this section of the park run a number of winding paths, most of which were laid out later.
On the northeast side of the manor house there is a wedge-shaped meadow bordered by beeches, where approximately halfway through it runs a walking path. From this path the house is visible, but three young coniferous trees stand on the sight line and partially obscure the view. In a northeasterly direction the outlook is determined by apartment buildings that stand along the Arnhemse Bovenweg. The walking path mentioned above leads in a northwesterly direction towards a beech wood and runs past the chicken house and along the rear side of the gardener's cottage and the coach house (right side).
Further on, on the left side of the path, there is a vegetable store in an earthen mound. Again to the north of this is a large walled, oval-shaped kitchen garden which nowadays serves as an allotment garden complex. The brick wall is characterized by regularly placed buttresses located on the outside of the wall. The kitchen garden has three entrances: the main entrance is situated on the southwest side, two smaller entrances are situated on the northwest side and the southeast side. From the main entrance a broad path runs in a southwesterly direction towards the drive.
