Langs de oprijlaan gelegen KOETSHUIS van anderhalve bouwlaag onder afgeplat zadeldak met wolfeind, met de nok haaks op de oprijlaan. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen. Alle vensters, met uitzondering van de stalvensters in de zijgevels, hebben licht getoogde strekken. De voorgevel, aan de zuidwestzijde, is twee assen breed waarin twee grote dubbele koetsdeuren zijn geplaatst. Boven de deuren is een houten geprofileerde kroonlijst aangebracht. In de halve bouwlaag hierboven bevinden zich drie vensters met schuiframen, waarvan de middelste iets hoger is. De deels afgeplatte gevel wordt met een geprofileerde kroonlijst afgesloten. Op de hoeken zijn natuurstenen dekplaten gezet. De achtergevel is geheel blind met uitzondering van een venster op de halve verdieping. De rechter zijgevel is vijf vensterassen breed, waarin vier rondboogvormige stalvensters zijn gezet met gelijkvormige strekken. Op de tweede as van links bevindt zich een deur met rondboogvormig bovenlicht. De linker zijgevel heeft een gelijk aantal vensterassen, maar is anders ingedeeld. Op de derde as van links bevindt zich een deur met een dichtgemetseld rondboogvormig bovenlicht. Rechts hiervan is een dichtgemetseld stalvenster geplaatst, waarnaast een stalvenster is gezet conform de overige stalvensters. Geheel links bevinden zzicht twee identieke stalvensters. In de dakschilden zijn een aantal moderne dakkapellen onder plat geplaatst, die van ondergeschikt belang zijn en bijgevolg buiten de bescherming vallen.

Het koetshuis is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bouwtype alsmede van ensemble waarde als onderdeel van de buitenplaats Molenbosch.

Description
COACH HOUSE situated along the approach drive of one and a half storeys under a hipped roof with half-hipped end, with the ridge perpendicular to the approach drive. The facades are built of brick. All windows, with the exception of the stable windows in the side facades, have slightly arched stretchers. The front facade, on the southwest side, is two bays wide in which two large double coach doors are placed. Above the doors is a wooden profiled cornice placed. In the half storey above are three windows with sash windows, of which the middle one is slightly higher. The partly flattened facade is finished with a profiled cornice. At the corners natural stone coping stones are set. The rear facade is entirely blind with the exception of a window on the half storey. The right side facade is five window bays wide, in which four round-arch shaped stable windows are set with similar stretchers. On the second bay from the left is a door with round-arch shaped fanlight. The left side facade has an equal number of window bays, but is otherwise arranged. On the third bay from the left is a door with a bricked-up round-arch shaped fanlight. To the right of this is a bricked-up stable window placed, beside which a stable window is set conformable to the other stable windows. Far to the left are two identical stable windows. In the roof panels a number of modern roof dormer windows are placed beneath flat roofs, which are of subordinate importance and consequently fall outside the protection.
