Omschrijving
WOONHUIS op hoek, opgetrokken in gele verblendsteen met rode sierbanden met witte blokken. De vensters zijn voornamelijk rechtgesloten en voorzien van bovenlichten met roedenverdeling.
De ingangsportiek bevindt zich boven een trap van vier treden centraal in de zijgevel (N). In de portiek paneeldeuren met bovenlichten, facetgeslepen glas, sierijzers en enkele eenvoudige Art Nouveau basreliëfs. Boven de bovenlichten een houten lijst met diamantkoppen. De ingang en de traplichten erboven worden geflankeerd door twee witgepleisterde lisenen, die aan de bovenzijde zijn voorzien van uitkragende elementen. Daarboven is over de gehele breedte van de gevel een segmentboogfries van rode en witte verblendsteen aangebracht. Links van de ingang zijn onder de vensters majolica tegeltableaus geplaatst met gestileerde florale motieven. Rechts op de begane grond een rechtgesloten venster onder een segmentboog.
De linker helft van de voorgevel (O) wordt op de begane grond en de verdieping in beslag genomen door een halfronde erker met drie vensterassen en een balkon. Twee dubbele balkondeuren onder rondbogen verschaffen toegang tot het balkon. De twee vensterassen in het rechter deel van de gevel zijn voorzien van majolica tegeltableaus met gestileerde florale motieven onder de vensters op de verdiepingen. Op de tweede verdieping een loggia met twee rondbogen en houten balkonhekjes.
Waardering
Het woonhuis is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:

CORNER DWELLING HOUSE, constructed in yellow facing brick with red decorative bands with white blocks. The windows are predominantly straight-headed and provided with fanlights with glazing bars.
The entrance portico is located above a flight of four steps centrally in the side facade (N). In the portico panel doors with fanlights, facet-cut glass, ornamental ironwork and a few simple Art Nouveau bas-reliefs. Above the fanlights a wooden list with diamond heads. The entrance and the stair lights above it are flanked by two white-plastered pilasters, which at the top are provided with projecting elements. Above this across the full width of the facade a segment arch frieze of red and white facing brick is applied. To the left of the entrance majolica tile panels with stylised floral motifs are placed beneath the windows. To the right on the ground floor a straight-headed window beneath a segment arch.
The left half of the front facade (E) is occupied on the ground floor and the storey by a semicircular bay window with three window bays and a balcony. Two double balcony doors beneath round arches provide access to the balcony. The two window bays in the right part of the facade are provided with majolica tile panels with stylised floral motifs beneath the windows on the storeys. On the second storey a loggia with two round arches and wooden balcony railings.
