Omschrijving
De gevel van het WOONHUIS is opgetrokken in rode verblendsteen met witgepleisterde sierbanden en (segment)bogen van witte en gele verblendsteen boven de vensters. De vensters zijn voornamelijk rechtgesloten.
Het rechter deel van de gevel risaleert en is op de begane grond voorzien van een driezijdige erker met daarop een balkon. Boven de erker een samengesteld venster en op de tweede verdieping een loggia onder een rondboog. Dit deel van de gevel is iets hoger dan het linker deel, waar de derde verdieping veel weg heeft van een mezzanino. Links bevindt zich boven een trap van vier treden de ingangsportiek. In de portiek paneeldeuren met bovenlichten, facetgeslepen glas, sierijzers en enkele eenvoudige Art Nouveau basreliëfs. Boven de bovenlichten een houten lijst met diamantkoppen. De portiek is aan de bovenzijde voorzien van een gepleisterde lijst, met een gestileerd basreliëf. Tussen de ingang en erker een venster. In de boogtrommels van de vensters op de verdieping zijn majolica tegeltableaus met gestileerde florale motieven aangebracht. Daarboven een laag getoogd venster.
Waardering
Het woonhuis is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang:
- vanwege de zeer zuivere Art Nouveau bouwstijl

Description
The facade of the DWELLING HOUSE is constructed in red facing brick with white-plastered decorative bands and (segment) arches of white and yellow facing brick above the windows. The windows are predominantly straight-headed.
The right part of the facade projects and on the ground floor is provided with a three-sided bay window with a balcony above it. Above the bay window a composite window and on the second storey a loggia beneath a round arch. This part of the facade is somewhat higher than the left part, where the third storey is much like a mezzanine. On the left above a flight of four steps is the entrance portico. In the portico panel doors with fanlights, facet-cut glass, ornamental ironwork and a few simple Art Nouveau bas-reliefs. Above the fanlights a wooden list with diamond heads. The portico is provided at the top with a plastered list with a stylised bas-relief. Between the entrance and bay window a window. In the arch soffits of the windows on the storey majolica tile panels with stylised floral motifs are applied. Above this a band of arched windows.
