Omschrijving
De gevel van het WOONHUIS telt vier vensterassen, opgetrokken in witte verblendsteen met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen. Voor de sierbanden en bogen en tussen de klampen van de gootlijst zijn witte verblendstenen met daarop ruiten in een leverkleurige tint gebruikt. De rechter twee vensterassen, met geheel rechts de ingangsportiek, zijn hoger dan de linker twee. In de portiek paneeldeuren met bovenlichten, facetgeslepen glas, sierijzers en enkele eenvoudige Art Nouveau basreliëfs. Boven de bovenlichten een houten lijst met diamantkoppen. De portiek is met een rondboog afgesloten, de vensters zijn rechtgesloten en voorzien bovenlichten met een roedenverdeling. Een deel van de vensters onder segmentbogen met tegeltableaus in de boogtrommels. Majolica tegeltableaus zijn verder aangebracht onder de vensters op de verdiepingen. De tegeltableaus van dit pand zijn meer gedetailleerd dan die van de andere huizen die tot het complex behoren. Boven de deur is een vliegende eend met plompen afgebeeld. In de andere tegeltableaus is deze afbeelding iets geabstraheerd weergegeven.
In de tweede vensteras van rechts is op de eerste verdieping een driezijdige erker met een overstekende goot onder een afgeknot schilddak geplaatst.
Waardering
Het woonhuis is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:
- vanwege de zeer zuivere Art Nouveau bouwstijl

Description
The facade of the DWELLING HOUSE comprises four window bays, constructed in white facing brick with plastered quoins and closing stones. White facing bricks with lozenges in a tan tint have been used for the decorative bands and arches and between the clamps of the cornice. The right two window bays, with the entrance portico on the far right, are taller than the left two. In the portico panel doors with fanlights, facet-cut glass, ornamental ironwork and a few simple Art Nouveau bas-reliefs. Above the fanlights a wooden list with diamond heads. The portico is closed off with a round arch; the windows are straight-headed and provided with fanlights with glazing bars. Some of the windows beneath segment arches with tile panels in the arch soffits. Majolica tile panels are further applied beneath the windows on the storeys. The tile panels of this building are more detailed than those of the other houses that form part of the complex. Above the door a flying duck with reeds is depicted. In the other tile panels this image is rendered somewhat more abstractly.
In the second window bay from the right on the first storey a three-sided bay window with an overhanging gutter is placed beneath a truncated hipped roof.
