Omschrijving
De WOONHUIZEN met nummer 14 en 16 zijn beide opgetrokken in gele verblendsteen met rood-witte sierbanden en segmentbogen en gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen. De gevel telt zes vensterassen. De middelste vier vensterassen zijn gespiegeld identiek en bevatten de centraal gelegen ingangsportieken. De buitenste vensterassen zijn verschillend uitgevoerd, maar worden beide afgesloten door een segmentboog in de gootlijst en zijn beide voorzien van een erker van twee bouwlagen. De linker erker is driezijdig en heeft een houten balkonhek. De rechter erker is halfrond en heeft een geometrisch ijzeren balkonhek. De balkondeuren boven de erkers bevinden zich in een loggia. De vensters zijn voorzien van bovenlichten en rechtgesloten of onder een rondboog geplaatst, zoals de ingangsportieken. Tussen de klampen van de gootlijst is siermetselwerk aangebracht, onder de vensters op de verdiepingen majolica tegeltableaus met schermbloemmotieven. The DWELLING HOUSES numbered 14 and 16 are both constructed in yellow facing brick with red-white decorative bands and segmental arches and plastered reveal and closing stones. The facade comprises six window bays. The middle four window bays are mirrored identically and contain the centrally located entrance porticos. The outer window bays are executed differently, but are both terminated by a segmental arch in the drip moulding and are both provided with a bay window of two storeys. The left bay window is three-sided and has a wooden balcony railing. The right bay window is semi-circular and has a geometric iron balcony railing. The balcony doors above the bay windows are located in a loggia. The windows are provided with fanlights and rectangularly-closed or placed under a round arch, such as the entrance porticos. Between the clamps of the drip moulding decorative brickwork has been applied; under the windows on the storeys majolica tile tableaux with screen-flower motifs. Under the drip moulding of the left bay window small identical tile tableaux. The middle of the facade is marked by a pilaster.
