Omschrijving
De gevel van het WOONHUIS telt vier vensterassen, opgetrokken in witte verblendsteen met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen. Voor de sierbanden en bogen zijn witte verblendstenen met daarop ruiten in een leverkleurige tint gebruikt. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een ezelsrug en vijf gepleisterde stompe pylonen.
De ingangsportiek is in de meest linkse vensteras gesitueerd. Voor de twee middelste vensters op de eerste verdieping is een balkon op consoles met een ijzeren hek opgehangen. Tussen de vensters op de tweede verdieping vormen lisenen de aanzet voor spaarbogen boven de vensters. De aanzet van de middelste bevindt zich tussen de vensters op de eerste verdieping. Op de begane grond en tweede verdieping zijn de ingang en vensters getoogd, op de eerste verdieping rechtgesloten. De bovenlichten van de vensters zijn voorzien van een roedenverdeling. Onder de vensters op de tweede verdieping majolica tegeltableaus met schermbloemmotieven.

Description
The facade of the DWELLING HOUSE comprises four window bays, constructed in white facing brick with plastered reveal and closing stones. White facing bricks with lozenges in a liver-coloured tint have been used for the decorative bands and arches. The facade is terminated by a saddle roof and five plastered squat pylons.
The entrance portico is situated in the leftmost window bay. In front of the two middle windows on the first storey a balcony on consoles with an iron railing is suspended. Between the windows on the second storey pilasters form the base for spandrel arches above the windows. The base of the middle is located between the windows on the first storey. On the ground floor and second storey the entrance and windows are arched; on the first storey rectangularly-closed. The fanlights of the windows are provided with glazing bars. Under the windows on the second storey majolica tile tableaux with screen-flower motifs.

The dwelling house is of general architectural-historical and urban-planning importance:
