Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING (2e helft 19e eeuw in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant) op rechthoekige plattegrond met nieuwe platte aanbouw achter. In 1967 verbouwd tot weekend-huisje. Gevels met plint zijn gepleisterd; noordgevel van geverfde baksteen. Bakgoot op houten klossen. Pand wordt gedekt door een wolfdak met sneldekpannen (niet-origineel); op hoeknokken elk een van rode baksteen gemetselde schoorsteen. T-vensters worden beëindigd door een gepleisterde sierstrip. Voordeur in oostgevel is nagemaakt naar origineel; naast voordeur twee T-vensters. Noord- en zuidgevel hebben elk twee T-vensters en twee kleine zoldervensters.
INTERIEUR is gewijzigd.

Description
WORKERS' DWELLING (second half of 19th century in Artisanal-traditional building style) on rectangular plan with new flat extension behind. In 1967 converted into a weekend cottage. Facades with plinth are plastered; north facade of painted brick. Gutter on wooden supports. The building is covered by a half-hipped roof with single-lap tiles (non-original); on the corner ridges each a brick chimney built of red brick. T-windows are finished with a plastered decorative strip. The front door in the east facade is reproduced after the original; beside the front door two T-windows. The north and south facades each have two T-windows and two small attic windows.
INTERIOR has been altered.
