Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING (2e helft 19e eeuw in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant) op rechthoekige plattegrond met aangebouwd schuurtje uit 1924. Zuid-, oost- en westgevel zijn gemetseld in kruisverband van rode baksteen; noordgevel is in 1924 opnieuw opgemetseld in rode Groninger baksteen. Pand wordt gedekt door een driezijdig schilddak tegen een rechte voorgevel; aankapping aan achterzijde. Op zuidelijke en westelijke dakschilden liggen cementpannen; op noordelijk dakschild oranje Hollandse pannen. Zuid- en westgevel hebben een nieuwe mastgoot; noordgevel een bakgoot. Vensters zijn zesruits vensters.
In zuidgevel bevindt zich een voordeur; opgeklampte deur met daarboven rechthoekig bovenlicht met gietijzeren levensboom; links van voordeur een venster, rechts ervan twee. Noordgevel heeft een lage, opgeklampte deur. Westgevel heeft twee vensters. Oostgevel is tuitgevel met schoorsteen op nok; in topgevel twee kleine zoldervensters; op begane grond twee vensters. Aan achterzijde, noordgevel, een aangebouwd schuurtje op rechthoekig plattegrond, opgemetseld van rode baksteen en gedekt door een zadeldak van oranje Hollandse pannen. In westgevel bevindt zich een opgeklampte deur met daarnaast een klein horizontaal venster. In oostgevel een klein rechthoekig venster met roedenverdeling.
INTERIEUR is grotendeels gewijzigd. De oostelijke voorkamer heeft nog een originele houten kastenwand, kamerdeur en balkenplafond.

Description
WORKERS' DWELLING (second half of 19th century in Artisanal-traditional building style) on rectangular plan with attached small shed from 1924. The south, east and west facades are built in Flemish bond in red brick; the north facade was rebuilt in 1924 in red Groningen brick. The building is covered by a three-sided hipped roof against a straight front facade; extension on the rear side. On the southern and western roof pitches lie cement tiles; on the northern roof pitch orange Dutch tiles. The south and west facades have a new gutter; the north facade a gutter. Windows are six-pane windows.
In the south facade is a front door; clamped door with rectangular fanlight above with a cast-iron Tree of Life; to the left of the front door one window, to the right of it two. The north facade has a low, clamped door. The west facade has two windows. The east facade is a spout gable with chimney on the ridge; in the top gable two small attic windows; on ground level two windows. On the rear side, north facade, an attached small shed on rectangular plan, built up in red brick and covered by a gabled roof of orange Dutch tiles. In the west facade is a clamped door with a small horizontal window beside it. In the east facade a small rectangular window with glazing bars.
INTERIOR has been largely altered. The eastern front room still has an original wooden fitted cupboard wall, room door and beam ceiling.
