Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING (2e helft 19e eeuw in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant) op rechthoekige plattegrond opgemetseld van rode baksteen onder een schilddak met aankapping gedekt met oranje Hollandse pannen; vernieuwde bakgoot; op beide hoeknokken een nieuw gemetselde schoorsteen. Gevels zijn gemetseld in kruisverband; achtergevel is geheel vernieuwd; westgevel heeft als enige gevel een gepleisterde plint. Entree bevindt zich in zuidgevel; opgeklampte voordeur met rechthoekig bovenlicht waarin een gietijzeren levensboom. Links beneden van de voordeur zit een hardstenen gevelsteen. Links van voordeur een en rechts ervan twee zesruits vensters. Westgevel heeft twee zesruits vensters en een niet-origineel venster. Oostgevel heeft twee zesruits vensters. INTERIEUR is in 1981 grotendeels gewijzigd. De woonkamer heeft nog een oorspronkelijke kastenwand.

Description
WORKERS' DWELLING (second half of 19th century in Artisanal-traditional building style) on rectangular plan built up in red brick under a hipped roof with extension covered with orange Dutch tiles; renewed gutter; on both corner ridges a newly built brick chimney. Facades are built in Flemish bond; rear facade has been entirely renewed; west facade is the only facade with a plastered plinth. The entrance is located in the south facade; clamped front door with rectangular fanlight with a cast-iron Tree of Life. To the left below the front door is a hardstone facade stone. To the left of the front door one and to the right of it two six-pane windows. The west facade has two six-pane windows and a non-original window. The east facade has two six-pane windows. INTERIOR has been largely altered in 1981. The living room still has an original fitted cupboard wall.
