Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING (2e helft 19e eeuw in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant) op rechthoekige plattegrond met aankapping aan noordzijde met aangebouwd schuurtje. Oorspronkelijk had pand een schilddak, maar in 1960 is oostgevel gewijzigd in een tuitgevel. Aankapping en westgevel dateren uit omstreeks 1924. Zuid- en oostgevel zijn opgetrokken in gesinterde rode baksteen, noord- en westgevel in rode baksteen. Dak en aankapping worden gedekt door oranje Hollandse pannen; op hoeknok en tuitgevel een gemetselde schoorsteen. Nieuwe mastgoot op bakstenen klossen. Zuidgevel heeft een niet-originele voordeur met in bovenlicht gietijzeren levensboom. Zuid- en oostgevel hebben respectievelijk drie en twee zesruits vensters beëindigd door strekken van rode steen; oostgevel heeft twee zoldervensters. Westgevel heeft twee kleinere zesruits vensters. Aankapping heeft in westgevel een opgeklampte deur en in noordgevel een klein horizontaal venster. Aan noordzijde van aankapping is schuurtje opgemetseld van rode baksteen aangebouwd dat gedekt wordt door lessenaarsdak van golfplaten.
INTERIEUR is gewijzigd.

Description
WORKERS' DWELLING (second half of 19th century in Artisanal-traditional building style) on rectangular plan with extension on north side with attached small shed. Originally the building had a hipped roof, but in 1960 the east facade was altered into a spout gable. The extension and west facade date from around 1924. The south and east facades are built in sintered red brick, the north and west facades in red brick. The roof and extension are covered with orange Dutch tiles; on the corner ridge and spout gable a brick chimney. New gutter on brick supports. The south facade has a non-original front door with cast-iron Tree of Life in the fanlight. The south and east facades have respectively three and two six-pane windows finished with stripes of red brick; the east facade has two attic windows. The west facade has two smaller six-pane windows. The extension has a clamped door in the west facade and a small horizontal window in the north facade. On the north side of the extension is a small shed of red brick built on, which is covered by a lean-to roof of corrugated sheets.
