Omschrijving
ARBEIDERSWONING (2e helft 19e eeuw in Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant) op rechthoekige plattegrond met vernieuwde aanbouw aan achterzijde uit omstreeks 1930. Pand is opgemetseld in rode baksteen en wordt gedekt door schilddak van oranje Hollandse pannen; vernieuwde mastgoot; op hoeknokken een opnieuw gemetselde schoorsteen. Vensters zijn rechthoekig en hebben verticale roeden in het bovenlicht. Oostgevel heeft een niet-originele voordeur met aan weerszijden twee vensters. Noord- en zuidgevel hebben elk twee vensters. Aanbouw aan achterzijde heeft niet-originele deur en niet-originele vensters.
INTERIEUR is gewijzigd.

Description
WORKERS' DWELLING (second half of 19th century in Artisanal-traditional building style) on rectangular plan with renewed extension on the rear side from around 1930. The building is built up in red brick and is covered by a hipped roof of orange Dutch tiles; renewed gutter; on the corner ridges a newly built brick chimney. Windows are rectangular and have vertical glazing bars in the fanlight. The east facade has a non-original front door with two windows on either side. The north and south facades each have two windows. The extension on the rear side has a non-original door and non-original windows.
INTERIOR has been altered.

Workers' dwelling of general cultural-historical importance:
