Inleiding
Bijschuur gebouwd in 1929 in de stijl van de Amsterdamse School en in opdracht van zeilmakerij Wouda. Ontwerp van NV architecten en ingenieursbureau B. Schuitemaker uit Meppel. De schuur is nu in gebruik als garage waarvoor een deur is aangebracht. De bescherming is gericht op de oorspronkelijke hoofdvorm.
Omschrijving
Bijschuur opgetrokken in een gesinterde baksteen en gedekt door een zeer steil opgaand afgeplat schilddak belegd met tuile-du-nord pannen. Op de hoeken een krulvormig loodornament.
