In 1876 gaf C.T. baron van Lynden Sandenburg opdracht voor de bouw van een schaapskooi in een weiland, dat nog steeds onderdeel is van het landgoed Sandenburg. De schaapskooi is onlangs gerestaureerd.
Omschrijving
Een in een weiland gelegen SCHAAPSKOOI op rechthoekige plattegrond, van één bouwlaag onder een deels met pannen en riet gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak, waarvan de nok haaks op de weg staat. De gevels zijn uitgevoerd in baksteen. De kopse gevels zijn afgeschuind en hebben een dubbele deur, waarboven de gevels gepotdekseld zijn. De zijgevels zijn blind. De kapconstructie bestaat uit grenenhouten gebinten.
Waardering
De schaapskooi is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een bouwtype alsmede van cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de voormalige functie en van ensemble waarde in relatie met het landschap.

In 1876 C.T. baron van Lynden Sandenburg commissioned the construction of a sheep-fold in a meadow, which still forms part of the Sandenburg estate. The sheep-fold has recently been restored.
Description
A SHEEP-FOLD situated in a meadow on a rectangular ground plan, of one storey under a partly tile and reed-clad barrel-vaulted gabled roof, of which the ridge is perpendicular to the road. The facades are executed in brick. The gable facades are chamfered and have a double door, above which the facades are coped. The side facades are blind. The roof truss structure consists of pine wood rafters.
Valuation
The sheep-fold is of architectural-historical value as an example of a building type as well as of cultural-historical value because of its former function and of ensemble value in relation with the landscape.
