Omschrijving onderdeel 78:
HUIS 'T EYSINK behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel. De in 1839 als rentmeestershuis gebouwde woning is na brand in WOII tussen 1946-1950 in oorspronkelijke staat herbouwd. Het op rechthoekige grondslag gebouwde, bakstenen pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met riet gedekt zadeldak met breed overstek; de overstekende kap rust op korbelen en is versierd met houten windveren met makelaar. Op de nok staat een diagonaal gemetselde schoorsteen. Toegangsdeur in de zijgevel gevat in een eenvoudige omlijsting met bovenlicht waarin een rozet is uitgespaard. In het dakschild boven de toegang een ooglidvenster. Links van de toegang één en rechts twee twintigruits-schuifvensters met een halve hardstenen omlijsting. In de kopgevel twee meerruits rondboogvensters onder een hardstenen rondboog. In de top drie meerruitsvensters gevat in een hardstenen omlijsting die aan weerskanten onder het venster uitzwenkt. Aanbouw aan de achterzijde.

HOUSE 'T EYSINK belonging to the country estate Twickel. The residence built in 1839 as a steward's house was rebuilt in its original state between 1946-1950 after a fire in WWII. The brick building constructed on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a gabled roof thatched with reed with broad eaves; the overhanging roof rests on corbels and is decorated with wooden wind vanes with moulding. A diagonally laid brick chimney stands on the ridge. Access door in the side facade set in a simple frame with fanlight in which a rosette is cut out. Above the entrance an eyebrow window in the roof slope. To the left of the entrance one and to the right two twenty-pane sash windows with a semi-sandstone frame. In the end facade two multi-pane semicircular arch windows under a sandstone semicircular arch. In the apex three multi-pane windows set in a sandstone frame that swings out below the window on either side. Rear extension.
