Omschrijving
De DIENSTWONING is over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in rode en bruine baksteen boven een plint van Bentheimer zandsteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een zadeldak met muldenpannen. De voordeur met een tweeruits bovenlicht bevindt zich in de zuidgevel; een tweede deur in de oostelijke zijgevel. Verschillende formaten zesruits vensters onder strekken en met Twickelluiken zijn verdeeld over de gevelvlakken.
De top van de westgevel is voorzien van gevelbeschot, de top van de andere zijgevel (O) is gewijzigd.

Description
The SERVICE DWELLING is constructed over one storey in red and brown brick above a plinth of Bentheimer sandstone on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof with Mulden tiles. The front door with a two-pane fanlight is located in the south facade; a second door in the eastern side facade. Various formats of six-pane windows under lintels and with Twickel shutters are distributed over the wall surfaces.
The top of the west facade is provided with facade boarding, the top of the other side facade (E) has been altered.

The service dwelling is of cultural-historical, architectural and townscape importance because of:
