Omschrijving onderdeel 77:
BOERDERIJ VAN HET KRUKHUISTYPE 'Bruggeman' uit 1880, gebouwd in opdracht en nog steeds in eigendom van landgoed Twickel. De voorgevel is gelegen aan de Twickelervaart, de noordelijke zijgevel aan de doorgaande straat. Omschrijving
In bruine baksteen opgetrokken boerderij op L-vormige plattegrond, waarvan het voorhuis onder een rietgedekt schilddak en het bedrijfsgedeelte onder een met riet en pannen gedekt wolfdak. Op het noordelijke uiteinde van de nok van het huis is een rond schoorsteentje met uitkragingen geplaatst. In de rietgedekte kap van het voorhuis bevinden zich drie ronde ooglidvensters. De deur van het woonhuis, met een zesruits bovenlicht, bevindt zich in de noordelijke zijgevel. Rechts daarnaast is een twaalfruits venster geplaatst met bijzondere diagonale roedenverdeling in het bovenlicht. In de voorgevel (W) zijn drie van deze vensters geplaatst en in de zuidelijke zijgevel twee zesruits vensters. Het bedrijfsgedeelte krijgt licht door zes kleine vierruits vensters, waarvan het laaggeplaatste venster aan de noordkant de ligging van de kelder markeert. Luiken in de Twickelkleuren zijn alleen naast de stalvensters geplaatst. De baanderdeuren in de achtergevel (O) worden gescheiden door een halve stiepel.

FARM OF THE KRUKHUISTYPE 'Bruggeman' from 1880, built on the orders of and still owned by estate Twickel. The front facade faces the Twickelervaart, the northern side facade faces the through road.
Description
Farm raised in brown brick on an L-shaped floor plan, of which the front house is under a thatched hipped roof and the business section is under a roof thatched and tiled with half-hipped ends. On the northern end of the ridge of the house is a round little chimney with projecting elements placed. In the thatched roof of the front house are three round eyebrow windows. The door of the residential part, with a six-light fanlight, is located in the northern side facade. To the right of it is a twelve-light window placed with special diagonal glazing bars in the upper light. In the front facade (W) three of these windows are placed and in the southern side facade two six-light windows. The business section is lit by six small four-light windows, of which the lowest positioned window on the north side marks the location of the cellar. Shutters in the Twickel colours are placed only beside the stable windows. The barn doors in the rear facade (E) are separated by a half-stud.
