DUBBELE DIENSTWONING op rechthoekige plattegrond, over één bouwlaag opgetrokken in bruine baksteen onder zadeldak met steekkappen, gedekt met antracietgrijze muldenpannen. De dakschilden aan de oost- en westzijde zijn verlengd. De uiteinden van de kappen worden beschermd door windveren met trekbalken.
In de strekken boven de vensters bevinden zich natuurstenen sluitstenen. Aan de straatkant (W) zijn links en rechts van de middenpartij met steekkap de ingangen met zesruits bovenlichten in portieken geplaatst. De deuren naar de tuin aan de achterzijde bevinden zich op dezelfde plaats in de gevel. Op de begane grond zorgen dubbele tienruits vensters, geflankeerd door Twickelluiken, voor de lichtinval. In de toppen onder de kappen zijn dubbele achtruits vensters geplaatst.

Description
DOUBLE SERVANTS' DWELLING on a rectangular floor plan, constructed over one storey in brown brick under a gabled roof with saddle pieces, covered with anthracite-grey curved tiles. The roof slopes on the east and west sides are extended. The ends of the roof slopes are protected by wind braces with tie beams.
Natural stone keystones are located in the lintels above the windows. On the street side (W), to the left and right of the central part with saddle piece, the entrances with six-pane fanlight doors in porches are placed. The doors to the garden on the rear side are located in the same place in the facade. On the ground floor, double ten-pane windows, flanked by Twickel shutters, provide light. In the gables under the roof slopes, double eight-pane windows are placed.
