Omschrijving
HUNEBED. Stapel zwerkeien aan de NO-hoek van de parkaanleg bij de oostelijke scheidingswal, die in de volksmond 'het Hunebed' wordt genoemd en die tussen 1900 en 1919 door Jhr Willem Six als ornament ter plekke is laten plaatsen. Wellicht waren de keien voordien al op Jagtlust aanwezig. Volgens een akte uit 1794 was de genoemde scheidingswal "met diverse grote steenen" afgebakend (zie Bijdragen Bronnenonderzoek Jagtlust, p. 6).

Description
HUNEBEDS. Stack of erratic boulders at the NE corner of the park layout at the eastern boundary wall, which in common parlance is called 'the Hunebeds' and which between 1900 and 1919 was placed there as an ornament by Jhr Willem Six. The boulders may have been present on Jagtlust previously. According to a deed from 1794, the aforementioned boundary wall was "marked with various large stones" (see Contributions to Source Research on Jagtlust, p. 6).
