Omschrijving
THEEKOEPEL. Witgepleisterde neoclassicistische theekoepel op achthoekige grondslag onder met riet bekleed tentdak met schilden met ruim overstek. Onder het dakoverstek een houten lijst met beschilderde geschulpte kneldelen met kwastjes. De koepel heeft rondom naar buiten openslaande fenetres a terre. Twee tegenover elkaar liggende zijden (aan de oost- en westkant) zijn gesloten. Tegen een daarvan is aan de binnenzijde een boekenkast gebouwd. Het plafond bestaat uit stucwerk met een lijst langs de wanden en een middenornament van korenaren, alsmede een rozet met eikebladmotief in het centrum.
De koepel is waarschijnlijk tussen 1820 en 1829 gebouwd op het terrein van de voormalige buitenplaats Heilust, die vanaf 1820 tot Jagtlust behoort. De koepel staat geregistreerd op het Kadastraal Minuutplan van de gemeente 's-Graveland, sectie B, uit 1828. De koepel staat boven op een flauwe heuvel, die in of kort na 1820 is aangelegd.

Description
TEA PAVILION. Whitewashed neoclassical tea pavilion on an octagonal ground plan beneath a reed-thatched hipped roof with hips with generous overhang. Beneath the roof overhang a wooden moulding with painted carved drops with tassels. The pavilion has fenêtres à terre opening outwards all around. Two opposite sides (on the east and west sides) are closed. Against one of these a bookcase is built on the interior. The ceiling consists of stucco with a moulding along the walls and a central ornament of wheat ears, as well as a rosette with oak-leaf motif in the centre.
The pavilion was probably built between 1820 and 1829 on the grounds of the former country estate Heilust, which from 1820 belongs to Jagtlust. The pavilion is registered on the Cadastral Minute Plan of the municipality 's-Graveland, section B, from 1828. The pavilion stands on top of a gentle knoll, which was laid out in or shortly after 1820.
