Omschrijving
KINDERSPEELHUISJE. Kinderspeelhuisje op rechthoekige grondslag, opgebouwd uit wit geschilderde horizontale door lisenen gelede houten delen op rode bakstenen voeting. Het huisje is overkapt door een schilddak, dat door speciaal voor dit huisje gebakken kleine blauwe gesmoorde Hollandse pannen wordt gedekt. Op het achter (oost-)schilddak bevindt zich een gemetselde schoorsteen.
Het huisje, Heilust genaamd, werd in 1910 door de vier zonen van Jhr Prof Dr Jan Six van Hillegom op de voormalige buitenplaats Heilust even ten westen van het huis onder leiding van de 's-Gravelandse meester-timmerman Maarten De Haan gebouwd. Op 19 augustus 1910 werd de eerste steen door Hieronyma Maria Antonia Fortunata Six (1905-) gelegd.
Centraal in de drie traveeën ingerichte voor(west-)gevel de door een stoepje van rode tegeltjes beklede en met een rand van gele klinkertjes afgezette voorafgegane toegangsdeur, die door een 6-ruits bovenlicht wordt afgesloten. Aan weerszijden een 15-ruits schuifvenster met luiken tot de wisseldorpel. De bel, die aan de voorgevel van het huisje was bevestigd, is verloren gegaan.
Boven de deur een 9-ruits dakkapel met wangen en fronton. In de linker gevel eveneens een toegangsdeur, voorafgegaan door een met rode tegeltjes bekleed stoepje. In de rechter gevel een 15-ruits schuifvenster met luiken tot de wisseldorpel.
De achtergevel is blind.
Inwendig: in het huisje is een schouw gemetseld van gele klinkertjse. Onder de schouw een gietijzeren kinderfornuis. Tussen de deur in de noordgevel en de voorgevel een klein aanrecht met erboven een emaille waterreservoir.

Description
CHILDREN'S PLAYHOUSE. Children's playhouse on a rectangular plan, constructed from white-painted horizontal wooden sections articulated by pilasters on a red brick base. The playhouse is covered by a hipped roof, which is tiled with small blue glazed Dutch tiles specially fired for this playhouse. On the rear (east-facing) hipped roof is a brick chimney.
The playhouse, named Heilust, was built in 1910 by the four sons of Jhr Prof Dr Jan Six van Hillegom on the former country estate Heilust just west of the house under the direction of the master carpenter from 's-Graveland Maarten De Haan. On 19 August 1910 the first stone was laid by Hieronyma Maria Antonia Fortunata Six (1905-).
Centrally positioned in the three bays of the front (west-facing) facade is the access door, preceded by a step of red tiles and bordered with a trim of yellow clinker bricks, which is closed by a 6-pane fanlight. On either side a 15-pane sash window with shutters to the transom bar. The bell, which was attached to the front facade of the playhouse, has been lost.
