Omschrijving
WESTELIJKE DRUIVENKAS. Rode bakstenen druivenkas met een achterwand van verticale houten delen. De kas is in 12 ruimten verdeeld en is door de originele trekruiten beglaasd. In de achterwand van de kas bevindt zich de volgende inscriptie:"A I B 1824". Het zijn de initialen van Adriana Jacoba Backer, dochter van de toenmalige eigenaar van Jagtlust Teunis Helmich Backer, en de stichtingsdatum van de kas. De kas is aan de westzijde van de hoofdingang naar de moestuin gesitueerd. Oorspronkelijk vormde de achterwand van de kas ook de beëindiging van de moestuin aan deze zijde. De thans tegen de achterwand gesitueerde gereedschapsschuur, die ter plaatse van een oudere schuur werd opgesteld, is van recente datum en voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis.

Description
WESTERN GRAPE HOUSE. Red brick grape house with a rear wall of vertical wooden components. The house is divided into 12 compartments and is glazed by the original sash frames. In the rear wall of the house is found the following inscription: "A I B 1824". These are the initials of Adriana Jacoba Backer, daughter of the then owner of Jagtlust Teunis Helmich Backer, and the founding date of the house. The house is situated on the west side of the main entrance to the kitchen garden. Originally the rear wall of the house also formed the boundary of the kitchen garden on this side. The tool shed now situated against the rear wall, which was placed at the location of an older shed, is of recent date and of subordinate significance for protection.
