Omschrijving
BRUG. Vaste brug ten zuidwesten van het huis over de scheisloot tussen Jaglust en de voormalige buitenplaats Heilust. Het uit houten delen geconstrueerde brugdek heeft smeedijzeren leuningen, bestaande uit dunne staanders met handlijsten en andreaskruisvormig geplaatste staven. De brug werd in omstreeks 1930 geplaatst ter vervanging van een stenen rondboogbrug met stoeppaal-vormige stenen pijlers, waartussen kettingen. Een foto uit ca. 1870 geeft en beeld van deze oorspronkelijke brug (foto in coll. Foto- en tekeningenarchief van de R.d.M.Z.), die al staat aangegeven op de kaart uit 1833 van Jagtlust.

Description
BRIDGE. Fixed bridge to the southwest of the house over the drainage ditch between Jaglust and the former country estate Heilust. The bridge deck constructed from wooden components has wrought-iron railings, consisting of slender uprights with handrails and diagonally placed bars in the form of a St Andrew's cross. The bridge was installed around 1930 in replacement of a stone round-arch bridge with bollard-shaped stone piers, between which chains. A photograph from around 1870 shows the original bridge (photograph in the collection of the Photograph and Drawing Archive of the R.d.M.Z.), which was already indicated on the 1833 map of Jagtlust.
