Omschrijving
Helft van een oorspronkelijk vier vensters breed laat 17e eeuws pand, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Dit 17e eeuwse huis staat op de plaats van een oorspronkelijk middeleeuws huis. Hiervan is alleen de achtermuur blijven staan, met daarin resten van een houten kloosterkozijn en een in baksteen gehakte glassponning.
Het casco, met uitzondering van de onderpui, en indeling zijn gaaf bewaard, evenals de kapconstructie. De vensters op de verdieping zijn vermaakte kruiskozijnen met daarin 19e eeuwse ramen.
Een opmerkelijk element is de nog oorspronkelijke, met het pand Predikheren-kerkhof 28 gemeenschappelijke, spiraalvormig opgemetselde schoorsteen. Rond 1900 is het huis via de middeleeuwse achtermuur verbonden met het pand Loeff Berchmakerstraat 21.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
Half of an originally four windows wide late 17th century property, consisting of two storeys with roof parallel to the street.
This 17th century house stands on the site of an originally medieval house. Of this only the rear wall has remained, with within it remains of a wooden cloister window and a glass rebate cut into brickwork.
The shell, with the exception of the ground-floor frontage, and the interior layout are well preserved, as is the roof truss structure. The windows on the upper floor are converted cross windows with 19th century frames.
A remarkable element is the still original spiral-built chimney, shared with the property Predikheren-kerkhof 28. Around 1900 the house was connected via the medieval rear wall with the property Loeff Berchmakerstraat 21.
The property is of architectural-historical importance.
