Omschrijving
Oorspronkelijk eenlaags middeleeuws huis thans bestaande uit twee bouwlagen, waarvan de tweede bouwlaag de uitgebouwde kap is, met de kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het is binnen de stad inmiddels zeldzaam dat deze oude eenlaags bebouwing is blijven bestaan. Van het middeleeuwse huis resten met name het muurwerk en delen van de kap. In de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw is het huis voorzien van een lijstgevel.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
Originally single-storey medieval house now consisting of two storeys, of which the second storey is the built-out roof space, with the roof perpendicular to the street.
Within the city it is meanwhile rare that this old single-storey construction has remained. Of the medieval house mainly the masonry and parts of the roof structure remain. In the second half of the 18th century the house was given a cornice-topped facade.
The property is of architectural-historical importance.
