Omschrijving
Een in opzet gaaf bewaard pand uit het midden van de 17e eeuw, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap evenwijdig aan de straat, met kleine kelder.
In de kelder is tussen de enkelvoudige balklaag nog de aanzet tot de oorspronkelijke troggewelven zichtbaar.
De oorspronkelijke houten voorpui is door een stenen vervangen, de houten geprofileerde puibalk met worstlijst is nog aanwezig. Het venster op de beganegrond is een oorspronkelijk kloosterkozijn, nu voorzien van een negenruits schuifraam.
De verdieping staat uitgekraagd op de puibalk, de oorspronkelijke vensterindeling is nog aanwezig. De enkelvoudige balklagen op de beganegrond en verdieping zijn nog aanwezig, voorts tonen vele bouwsporen de indeling van interieur met spiltrap, bedstee en hangschouw. Het pand heeft een 17e eeuwse kapconstructie.
Rond 1900 is het huis via de achtermuur verbonden met het pand Predikherenkerkhof 26.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en van bescheiden architectonisch belang.

A property well preserved in its original layout from the mid-17th century, consisting of two storeys with roof truss structure parallel to the street, with small cellar.
In the cellar, between the simple beam layer, the beginning of the original barrel vaults is still visible.
The original timber shop front has been replaced with a stone one; the timber profiled shop front beam with moulding is still present. The window on the ground floor is an original cloister window, now provided with a nine-light sash window.

The simple beam layers on the ground floor and first floor are still present; furthermore many building traces show the layout of the interior with spiral staircase, bed recess and hanging fireplace. The property has a 17th-century roof truss structure.
Around 1900 the house was connected via the rear wall with the property at Predikherenkerkhof 26.
