Omschrijving
Vroeg 16e eeuws hoekpand met twee bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de straat.
Het huis is wat opzet betreft nog het vroeg 16e eeuwse pand, waarvan de waarschijnlijk houten voorgevel in het eind van de 16e eeuw is vervangen.
Zowel de kap als de balklagen zijn nog oorspronkelijk 16e eeuws. De kapspanten hebben eiken krommers. Op de verdieping bevinden zich nog de in de 19e eeuw vermaakte oorspronkelijke 17e eeuwse kruiskozijnen. Bij de restauratie is het 19e eeuwse karakter met imitatie natuursteenblokken gehandhaafd.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang vanwege het totale, vrijwel volledig oorspronkelijke casco.

Description
Early 16th-century corner property with two storeys and a roof truss perpendicular to the street.
The house is still the early 16th-century property as far as layout is concerned, of which the presumably timber front facade was replaced at the end of the 16th century.
Both the roof truss and the beam layers are still original 16th-century. The roof trusses have oak curved timbers. On the first floor the original 17th-century cross windows, altered in the 19th century, are still present. During the restoration the 19th-century character with imitation natural stone blocks was retained.
The property is of architectural-historical importance because of the total, virtually completely original structural shell.
