Omschrijving
Hoekpand, in aanleg daterend uit de 16e eeuw, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met een zadeldak met voorschild met de nok loodrecht op de straat.
Het 16e eeuwse huis is redelijk gaaf bewaard. Het casco, met uitzondering van de voorgevel, met de moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken op de beganegrond en de verdieping.
Aan de gevel aan de Pauwstraat stond tot voorkort een pothuis. Tevens heeft het pand aan deze zijde rijke muurankers.
Het huis is gelijktijdig gebouwd met het pand Pauwstraat 30, maar het is geen opzet in een geheel. In de 19e eeuw is de voorgevel vervangen door een lijstgevel met een uitvoerig geprofileerde gootlijst.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang.

Description
Corner property, dating in its design from the 16th century, consisting of two storeys with a gabled roof with a forward-sloping hipped section with the ridge perpendicular to the street.
The 16th century house is reasonably well preserved. The shell, with the exception of the facade, with the mother and daughter beam layers with keystones on the ground floor and first storey.
A pothuis formerly stood on the facade at the Pauwstraat. The property also has rich ornamental wall anchors on this side.
The house was built at the same time as the property at Pauwstraat 30, but it is not a unified layout. In the 19th century the front facade was replaced by a cornice-topped facade with an elaborate profiled gutter moulding.
The property is of building-historical importance.
