Omschrijving
Vroeg 16e eeuws pand met twee bouwlagen, een kap met de nok loodrecht op de Straat en een keldertje.
De oorspronkelijk opzet was een pand van een laag met kap, dat in de 17e eeuw met een verdieping werd verhoogd. Daarbij werd de waarschijnlijk houten gevel vervangen door een stenen gevel. De ramen op de verdieping zijn nog de, in de 19e eeuw gewijzigde, grenen kruiskozijnen uit de 17e eeuw.
In de 19e eeuw werd het pand gesplitst in een winkel/woning aan de Loeff Berchmakerstraat en een woning aan de Pauwstraat. Daarbij zijn de gevels gepleisterd met imitatie natuursteenblokken.
Het 19e eeuwse karakter is bij een restauratie in 1976 bewaard gebleven.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang vanwege het casco met de oorspronkelijke moer- en kinderbalklagen, benevens de kelder.

Description
Early 16th-century property with two storeys, a roof truss with the ridge perpendicular to the street and a small cellar.
The original layout was a single-storey property with roof truss, which was raised with a first floor in the 17th century. In doing so the presumably timber facade was replaced by a stone facade. The windows on the first floor are still the deal cross windows from the 17th century, modified in the 19th century.
In the 19th century the property was subdivided into a shop/dwelling at Loeff Berchmakerstraat and a dwelling at Pauwstraat. In the process the facades were plastered with imitation natural stone blocks.
The 19th-century character was retained during a restoration in 1976.
The property is of architectural-historical importance because of the structural shell with the original collar and subsidiary beam layers, as well as the cellar.
