ASSISTENT-INGENIEURSWONING, behorende tot de gebouwen, gesitueerd aan de oostzijde van het terrein en oorspronkelijk bestemd voor werkplaatsen, kantoren en assistent-ingenieurswoning, die aan elkaar gebouwd zijn, doch zich onderscheiden door verschillen in bouwhoogte, detaillering en kapvorm; gemeenschappelijk is de toepassing van schuifvensters voorzien van met siermetselwerk gevulde boogtrommels, zoveel mogelijk twee aan twee gekoppeld, en de plaatsing van sierankers in de westgevel. Deze reeks gebouwen wordt eveneens van het park afgescheiden door een voetinghek met gemetselde pijlers.
De voormalige assistent-ingenieurswoning is met een verdieping onder schilddak met rijk uitgevoerde dakkapellen opgetrokken; de ingang bevindt zich aan de korte westzijde rechts in de gevel, in een rondboogvormig afgesloten portiek met stoep; de lange zuidgevel bezit een middenrisaliet met smalle in rondboognissen geplaatste trappenhuisvensters.

Description
ASSISTANT ENGINEER'S DWELLING, belonging to the buildings, situated on the east side of the site and originally intended for workshops, offices and assistant engineer's dwelling, which are built together, but distinguished by differences in building height, detailing and roof form; common to all is the use of sash windows provided with arch drums filled with ornamental brickwork, coupled together as much as possible two by two, and the placement of ornamental wall anchors in the west gable. This series of buildings is likewise separated from the park by a footpath fence with masonry piers.
The former assistant engineer's dwelling has one storey under a hipped roof with richly executed roof dormers; the entrance is situated on the short west side right in the gable, in a round-arched enclosed porch with steps; the long south gable possesses a middle risalit with narrow stairwell windows placed in round-arched niches.
