REGULATEURSHUIS MET COKESKANTOOR. Het oorspronkelijke regulateurshuis met cokeskantoor is ondergebracht in een nabij de ingang gesitueerd verdiepingloos gebouw, op hardstenen sokkel onder pannen zadeldak tussen puntgevels, die zijn voorzien van hoeklisenen met natuurstenen bekroningen, en in de top een rondboogvormig met siermetselwerk gevuld spaarveld met toppilasters en trappen langs de overigens schuine zijden, aan de zuidzijde voorts een drietal rondboognissen - de middelste hoger, met vensters en een tondo, aan de noordzijde de lagere vijfzijdige aanbouw van het cokeskantoor met kroonlijst op klossen en omgaande luifel met geprofileerde lijst met halfronde uitstulpingen op gesneden schoren; de lange westgevel bevat de ingang met stoep en getoogde boogtrommels met siermetselwerkvulling boven deuren en vensters en afgesloten met pseudo-triforium-fries, omgezet bij de hoekpijlers; de oostgevel is vrijwel identiek, met in het midden nog een dakkapel met hijsluik.

Description
REGULATOR'S HOUSE WITH COKE OFFICE. The original regulator's house with coke office is housed in a building situated near the entrance, a single-storey structure on a hard stone base under tiled gabled roof between pointed gables, which are provided with corner pilaster strips with natural stone finials, and in the top a round-arched spandrel filled with decorative masonry with top pilasters and steps along the otherwise sloping sides, on the south side furthermore three round-arched recesses - the middle one higher, with windows and a roundel, on the north side the lower pentagonal annexe of the coke office with cornice on corbels and continuous canopy with profiled moulding with semi-circular projections on carved brackets; the long west facade contains the entrance with step and arched archvolts with decorative masonry filling above doors and windows and finished with pseudo-triforium frieze, continued at the corner pilasters; the east facade is virtually identical, with in the middle still a roof dormer with hoisting hatch.
