Omschrijving
KANTOORGEBOUW, behorende tot de gebouwen, gesitueerd aan de oostzijde van het terrein en oorspronkelijk bestemd voor werkplaatsen, kantoren en assistent-ingenieurswoning, die aan elkaar gebouwd zijn, doch zich onderscheiden door verschillen in bouwhoogte, detaillering en kapvorm; gemeenschappelijk is de toepassing van schuifvensters voorzien van met siermetselwerk gevulde boogtrommels, zoveel mogelijk twee aan twee gekoppeld, en de plaatsing van sierankers in de westgevels. Deze reeks gebouwen wordt eveneens van het park afgescheiden door een voetinghek met gemetselde pijlers.
Het kantoorgebouw is, met een verdieping, en aan de lange zijde met twee zijrisalieten en in het midden met een lage erker, door topgevels met opschrift ANNO 1885 en in het midden ICGA bekroond, onder langgerekt zadeldak opgetrokken; de zijrisalieten bevatten beneden de rondboogvormige ingangen naar resp. werkplaatsen en kantoren - aangegeven op het daarboven geplaatste fries - op de verdieping twee vensters en in de top drie kleine vensters met twee hoekpijlers met bollen terzijde en een door een fronton met bol bekroond topstuk; het middenrisaliet bezit beneden een driezijdige erker, afgesloten door een balustrade, op de verdieping een viertal gekoppelde vensters en in de top een rondboogvenster met twee kleinere vensters terzijden; voorts twee hoekpijlers, trappen met obelisken en een gebogen fronton met bollen en obelisk; de tussengelegen gevelgedeelten tellen elk zes vensterassen die per twee zijn geaccentueerd door een bolvormige bekroning bij de kroonlijst. De oostgevel is in vergelijkbare trant uitgevoerd.

Description
OFFICE BUILDING, belonging to the buildings, situated on the east side of the site and originally intended for workshops, offices and assistant engineer's dwelling, which are built together, but distinguished by differences in building height, detailing and roof form; common to all is the use of sash windows provided with arch drums filled with ornamental brickwork, coupled together as much as possible two by two, and the placement of ornamental wall anchors in the west gables. This series of buildings is likewise separated from the park by a footpath fence with masonry piers.
The office building, with one storey, and on the long side with two end risalits and in the middle with a low bay window, is crowned by stepped gables with inscription ANNO 1885 and in the middle ICGA, under elongated gabled roof; the end risalits contain below the round-arched entrances to respectively workshops and offices - indicated on the frieze placed above - on the storey two windows and in the top three small windows with two corner pilasters with spheres to the sides and a top piece crowned by a pediment with sphere; the middle risalit possesses below a three-sided bay window, closed off by a balustrade, on the storey four coupled windows and in the top a round-arched window with two smaller windows to either side; furthermore two corner pilasters, steps with obelisks and a curved pediment with spheres and obelisk; the intervening gable sections each contain six window bays which are accentuated two by two by a spherical crown at the cornice. The east gable is executed in comparable manner.
