Omschrijving
In de stadsuitleg naar ontwerp van Thomas Romein rond 1870 ontstaan twee bouwlagen tellend blokvormig pand onder pannengedekt afgeknot schilddak; de voorgevel grotendeels gepleisterd, de zijgevel in schoon werk; staafankers.
In de door geblokte en verdiepte pilasters afgezette voorgevel, door gepleisterd balkon op gesneden consoles overhuifde, centrale ingang met bovenlicht, rechtgesloten T-vensters met stuc-omlijsting met segmentvormig fronton met kuif beganegronds, en kuif en oren op de verdieping; gekorniste kroonlijst en goot op consoles; dakkapel met wangen en gezwenkte kroonlijst.
Voor het huis sierlijk smeedijzeren hek.

Description
Arising in the urban development according to the design of Thomas Romein around 1870, a two-storey block-shaped building under a tile-covered hipped roof; the front facade largely plastered, the side facade in fair-faced work; bar anchors.
In the facade marked off by blocked and recessed pilasters, a central entrance with fanlight overshadowed by a plastered balcony on carved consoles, straight-shut T-windows with stucco framing with segmental pediment with curl on the ground floor, and curl and ears on the storey; moulded cornice and gutter on consoles; dormer with cheeks and curved cornice.
In front of the house an ornamental wrought-iron gate.
