In de stadsuitleg naar ontwerp van Thomas Romein rond 1870 ontstaan twee bouwlagen tellend blokvormig pand, op hardstenen plint en gedekt door een met pannen belegd T-vormig schilddak. De gevel voorzien van T-vensters met afgeronde hoeken en stuc-omlijsting met entablement begane-gronds en kuif respectievelijk segmentvormig fronton met kuif op de verdieping; kroonlijst met goot; dakkapel met omlijsting en wangen. Voor het huis eenvoudig smeedijzeren hek.

Description
Arising in the urban development according to the design of Thomas Romein around 1870, a two-storey block-shaped building, on a hard stone plinth and covered by a T-shaped hipped roof laid with tiles. The facade furnished with T-windows with rounded corners and stucco framing with entablature on the ground floor and curl respectively segmental pediment with curl on the storey; cornice with gutter; dormer with framing and cheeks. In front of the house a simple wrought-iron gate.
