Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt hoekpand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt schilddak; risalerend westelijk deel van noordgevel onder insteekkap tegen fantasie-trapgevel; boven de op de begane grond afgeschuinde hoek een vierkant arkeltorentje in decoratief vakwerk en onder ingesnoerd tentdak voorzien van spits met transen; risalerend zuidelijk deel van westgevel onder insteekkap tegen fantasie-trapgevel. Gevel met hardstenen plint en natuurstenen banden, blokken en decoratieve details, en afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles. Deur met getoogd bovenlicht natuurstenen bekroning; getoogd schuifvenster op de hoek; voor het overige rechtgesloten (schuif) ramen in getoogde vensters; twee dakkapellen onder zadeldak tegen gemetselde trapgevel, twee dakkapellen onder ingesnoerd zadeldak met schild.

Description
Dating from ca. 1897, built to a design by J.Dony, constructed in fine brickwork, flat-roofed corner building with one storey above, covered with slate hipped roof; projecting western section of north facade under a recessed gable against a fantasy stepped gable; above the chamfered corner on the ground floor a square arkeled turret in decorative half-timbering and provided with a pointed roof under a constricted tent roof with bargeboards; projecting southern section of west facade under a recessed gable against a fantasy stepped gable. Facade with hard stone plinth and natural stone bands, blocks and decorative details, and finished with a brick cornice with consoles. Door with arched fanlight natural stone surround; arched sash window at the corner; for the rest straightedged (sash) windows in arched window frames; two roof dormers with saddle roofs against a brick stepped gable, two roof dormers with constricted saddle roof with half-hipped end.
