Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt pand met verdieping en met een met leien gedekt dakschild, dat doorloopt over het westelijk buurpand aan de straatzijde; risalerend westelijk deel onder insteekkap, voor tegen fantasie-trapgevel met pinakel en achter tegen met leien gedekt, afgeknot tentdak.
Gevel met hardstenen plint en natuurstenen banden, blokken en decoratieve details, en terzijde van risaliet afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles.
Deur met getoogd bovenlicht, twee schuiframen en een groot winkelraam in getoogde vensters op de begane grond; op de verdieping een op consoles rustend natuurstenen balcon met uitbuikend smeedijzeren hek, twee stel balcondeuren en een schuifraam in getoogde nissen en een uitkragende houten erker met gemetselde en deels natuurstenen onderbouw rustend op consoles; in de geveltop een rondboog venster; dakkapel onder zadeldak tegen gemetselde trapgevel.

Description
Building dating from ca. 1897, built to the design of J.Dony, constructed in fair-faced brickwork, flat-roofed with one storey and with a slate-covered roof shield that extends over the western neighbouring building on the street side; projecting western section under recessed gable, with fantasy stepped gable with pinnacle in front and with slate-covered, cut-back ridge roof at the rear.
Facade with hard stone plinth and natural stone bands, blocks and decorative details, and closed off to the side of the risalite by a mortared cornice with consoles.
Door with arched fanlight, two sash windows and a large shop window in arched windows on the ground floor; on the upper storey a natural stone balcony resting on consoles with projecting wrought-iron railings, two sets of balcony doors and a sash window in arched niches and a projecting wooden oriel with mortared and partly natural stone base resting on consoles; in the gable top a round-arched window; roof dormer under gabled roof against mortared stepped gable.
