Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt pand met verdieping en met een met leien gedekt dakschild, dat doorloopt over het oostelijk buurpand, aan de straatzijde; risalerend oostelijk deel onder insteekkap, voor tegen fantasie-trapgevel met klauwstukken, piroenen en pinakel, en achter tegen met leien gedekt afgeknot tentdak.
Gevel met hardstenen plint en natuurstenen banden, blokken en decoratieve details, en terzijde van risaliet afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles. Deur met getoogd bovenlicht; in totaal vijf schuif- en twee grote 6-ruits ramen (rechtgesloten) in getoogde vensters; twee getoogde vensters, waarin rechtgesloten ramen met 8-ruits bovenlicht, in de geveltop; dakkapel onder zadeldak met schild.

Description
Building dating from ca. 1897, built to the design of J.Dony, constructed in fair-faced brickwork, flat-roofed with one storey and with a slate-covered roof shield that extends over the eastern neighbouring building, on the street side; projecting eastern section under recessed gable, with fantasy stepped gable with claw-stones, crockets and pinnacle in front, and with slate-covered cut-back ridge roof at the rear.
Facade with hard stone plinth and natural stone bands, blocks and decorative details, and closed off to the side of the risalite by a mortared cornice with consoles. Door with arched fanlight; in total five sash and two large six-pane rectangular windows in arched windows; two arched windows with rectangular six-pane windows with eight-pane fanlights in the gable top; roof dormer under gabled roof with shield.
