Omschrijving
Uit ca.1897 daterend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken hoekpand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt omlopend schilddak; aan de westzijde een uitbouw met twee verdiepingen onder zadeldak tegen puntgevel en een uitspringend trappehuis onder lessenaardak in de hoek tussen pand en uitbouw; boven de oostzijde van de noordgevel een insteekkap tegen puntgevel.
Gevels met hardstenen plint, lijstwerk en blokken in natuursteen, siermetselwerk in gele baksteen en afgesloten door gemetselde gootlijst.
Boven de deur met rondboog-bovenlicht in de noordgevel een natuurstenen balcon met fraai, uitbuikend smeedijzeren hek; oostelijk van het balcon een uitspringende houten erker.
Getoogde rond- en rechtgesloten vensters met schuiframen of 6-ruits indeling.

Description
Dating from circa 1897, constructed in fair-faced brickwork, corner building with one storey under a slate-covered encircling hipped roof; on the west side an extension with two storeys under a gabled roof against pointed gable and a projecting stairwell under a lean-to roof in the corner between building and extension; above the east side of the north facade a recessed gable roof against pointed gable.
Facades with hard stone plinth, mouldings and blocks in natural stone, decorative brickwork in yellow brick and terminated by a moulded gutter line.
Above the door with round-arch fanlight in the north facade a natural stone balcony with fine, bulging wrought-iron railing; east of the balcony a projecting wooden oriel.
Arched round- and square-headed windows with sash windows or 6-light arrangement.
